5 Easy Facial Yoga Exercises For Anti Ageing and Long Lasting Youthful Skin


Facial Yoga is a completely natural, anti-ageing, muscle toning, anti-wrinkle technique to make your face look younger and your smile look a whole lot better. Hi, I’m Dr. Namrata Jadwani, founder of the smilist and I’m here to show you 5 basic facial yoga exercises which you can do anywhere anytime. These exercises pretty much cover most facial muscles involved in smiling and are really easy to practice. So, let’s get started! The first exercise is the MARILYN. This helps strengthen the muscles of the lip. It’s as simple as blowing kisses. However, the movement must be exaggerated and you should feel the stretch around the lips. Repeat 4-5 times daily. The next one up is SURPRISE ME. This is an anti- wrinkle exercise for all those worry lines on your forehead. Widen your eyes without wrinkling the eyebrows and stare at one point for 5 seconds Repeat 3-4 times daily. The next one is called the SMILING FISH FACE. I like to call this the pout enhancer. It helps tone the muscles of the lip and the cheeks. Withdraw and pinch your cheeks into the hollow of your face. To get the best effect repeat 4-5 times daily. The fourth exercise is called the BUMBLEBEE. This aids in pouting as well. It concentrates on the muscles of the lip. Inhale then flatten your lips out while exhaling and humming “HMM” Repeat this exercise 3-4 times for maximum effect. The final exercise is called the PUPPET FACE. This helps reduce the creases and the line between the nose and the lip. To do this smile, use your finger resistance between the lips and the nose and stretch. For best results repeat this at least 20-30 times everyday. I hope you remember all these simple yet effective exercises.   8. This is sahil. I have highly dry skin on my face Even i keep hydrated myself i drink water approximate 2/3 liter per day.i never use any kind of shops or face wash on my face . Even i apply a thin layer of aleovera gel on face before going to bed everyday .i prefer only healthy food but when i woke up in morning then i see a white layer on my face after washing face from normal water. My age is 22. What should I do to get rid of this problem

  13. It is so easy to make a video and share all the facial yoga exercices, but do they really work. I doubt it very much. If theses exercises really worked then there would be no old ladies about. Also i would like to see before and after photos!!!!
