  1. What an incredible documentary! It put me to tears of gratitude for discovering the power and life force that yoga has given me. I recently completed my TTC course at the Mathatitu yoga ashram in Kerala. It was remarkable. I practice yoga daily, and my life has never been as fulfilling, full of love, and connected as it is now. Yoga has provided me with the tools needed to connect with my spirit, body, mind and higher self. It has reminded me of my connection to everything in this world, and opened my eyes to being a beneficial presense on the planet. Om shanti ♡♡♡ Thank you for sharing!

  2. I am so blessed to have been in the company of Swami Vishnu over the years. His presence lives in me and reminds me of the importance of positive thinking and acting. My practice of Yoga and my teaching has sustained me physically, mentally and spiritually for many years.

  3. I stumbled on the ashram in the Bahamas, and wound up staying and serving for 3 life-changing months in this spiritual paradise. I recognize many of my friends in this documentary. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful message of love, and I encourage everyone to go to one of the Sivananda ashrams or centers. Om!

  4. amazing documentary ;). It was amazing pleasure to watch it, hear it, feel it, to participate in it. It is an honour to be an Yoga Teacher – Blessings. It was a very nice refreshment and deepening of my own practice, understanding. Blessings to all.

  5. Superb. Had visited Rishikesh Ashram in India and wanted to know Sw.Vishnudevananda's works in the West. Having seen this movie I feel myself blessed. Thinking of Swami Sivananda, I feel proud of my country who has produced such saints, they are in great many numbers. I know of other two disciples who had taken sanyas from this great Guru. Swami Sivananda, on one particular auspicious day. They are, though no more, Swami Chinmayananda (Samadhi 1993) who taught to the world Gyan Yoga and Hindu culture
and Swami Satyananda Saraswati(Samadhi 2009) who established Munger School of Yoga, Munger, Bihar State, as well as Rikhia Peeth in Baidhyanath Dham (one of the 12 Peethas) in Jharkhand State, India.

  6. A Wonderful theme… "The world of humanity is like unto a rose garden and the various races, tongues and people are like unto contrasting flowers. The diversity of colors in a rose-garden adds to the charm and beauty of the scene as variety enhances unity." – Abdul-Baha, Baha'i Faith

  7. I just loved it. I so want to learn more about Maha guruji and all related the them. Yoga is a way of a life which is very beautiful and pure.

  8. Thank you so much for the video. I love Yoga and practice it every morning.
Unfortunately my Guru Paramahamsa Nithyananda who is teaching vedic tradition and bringing more consciousness to the world is tried to be stopped in his mission.
Can you please help to bring the truth to the world by sharing this video:

  11. So much gratitude for this practice, for those dedicated to peace within and peace in the world. Beautiful video. 🙏
