Hello. This is Solmee Today is October 15. I woke up at around 1 and I’ll have lunch now I’ll eat Intake Curry which I haven’t eaten for long I have my diet foods here I have everything here including curry And I’ll eat this butter chicken curry flavor I have udon noodles in the fridge and I’d like to eat that Today is 15th, right? but the expiration date is 14th. It’s just 1 day after, so I guess it will be okay I’ll boil the noodles first and I’ll eat it with chicken breast and sausage It’s ready I am so excited to eat it I’ll watch The Time Traveler while I eat it. I’ll enjoy the food I thought I can eat until I could burst I’ll eat almond chips for dessert. You have to try this It’s not fried but oven baked. It’s made with almond, kidney bean, and so on This one pack contains 7g of protein. Isn’t it great? Then I’ll eat it while I watch Netflix more and have some rest I’m going to Fashion Week today I got ready like this and I’m going out now I’ll have this Meals Drink Mild Cacao for brunch I’m wearing this makeup and it’s exactly what I do everyday(I’ll upload my everyday makeup tutorial on Nov.) All I have to do it wear this beret Then I’m going out now I’m at DDP I’m going to Romanchic Brand Show It’s starting soon, so I have to get in now I watched the show, took some pictures and came out fast. I’m going to eat now and it’s around 2 pm I’ll have Tteokbokki for lunch but I won’t eat anything else today I didn’t exercise or moderate my appetite these days I’m in Ttobogetji Tteokbokki in Hapjeong Yum Tteokbokki is always right. You must try it if you’re in Korea Today is Friday, October 18th and it’s almost 4 pm I went to a dentist and got my braces off in the morning I went there without eating anything and I’m starving now. I have to eat something I’ve been eating a lot and I gained weight. My weight was 60.7kg in the morning So I’m gonna control my daily menu and exercise for 3 days from Friday to Sunday I’ll eat this one today. It’s a chicken breast lunch box Do I have to microwave it..? Microwave it for 4 minutes without removing the plastic I remember the rice was good but the chicken breast was dry It’s slightly dry but it’s well seasoned and delicious This seaweed rice is really good. It’s frozen food but the rice is well done It’s delicious as if it’s not frozen rice. It was so interesting It has steamed broccoli in it but I don’t like soft-textured foods So I won’t eat broccoli I’ll watch Breaking Bad today. I recently started watching it and I think it’s really good It’s past 12 pm but I’ll start exercising now. I really don’t want to But I’ve been eating a lot and I didn’t exercise for long. I have to do it today I took a shower, so I’ll apply skincare products now Dr. Different Scaling Toner for Normal & Dry skin again After a workout, I drank water in the kitchen and came out My parents climbed Mt. Sorak And they bought snacks from Sokcho! I really love that kind of snacks They also bought salted pollack roe I really wanted to eat just one piece of it, but I thought it’s letting my dedication go to waste. So, I refrained from eating it I’ve gone through two of it and I already mentioned that it’s good, right? I used a peeling gel once before and my skin got so cranky that I stopped using any of it I still want to exfoliate my skin, so I’m using this toner that could gently exfoliate the skin It exfoliates the skin but it’s still very moist. I love it and I’ve been using it well I want to bring it to England but the container is quite big. It’s almost 200ml, so I don’t think I can bring this I have to buy an empty bottle or bring other skincare products instead I bought a ticket to England in June And it’s just a month before flying. I’m leaving on November 12. Time flies fast I wanted to travel to America before but I suddenly wanted to go to England So I’ll go to England first and America next year I applied it once more and made sure it’s absorbed. Challans de Paris Ampoule I didn’t really love to travel before. I was a stay-at-home person But traveling enriched me. It was a fresh experience and I made a lot of memories I thought I should travel when I can I’m trying to travel more often when I can I always gain weight while traveling I’m very depressed because I don’t even eat a lot when I travel. I just gain weight (It’s probably because I eat bread, butter, etc. which I don’t eat often) I searched on the internet and a lot of people said British food is bad and super expensive I’m worried that I might spend a lot to eat unappetizing food and to gain weight Next, I’ll use IOPE The Vitamin This small one is 50,000 won! But I really wanted this. I bought it right after it was released But I don’t know… I didn’t use it for long yet (I think it’s been around 5 days) I think I have to try it for at least a month And I know I can’t remove freckles permanently by using cosmetics like this I’m just thinking that it will make freckles lighter The next one is from Dr. Jart+ and I also bought it when it was released But I haven’t tried it yet. It says it’s Water Cream And it’s literally watery. I think it has more water than oil This is a very light cream(I think it was released in summer and it’s perfect for that season) It’s similar to Biotherm which I’ve been using well But it’s more water than Biotherm. Biotherm is quite thick But both creams focus on water, not oil Then I’ll use Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Cream to finish the skincare This is a thick cream and I like everything with the word ‘cica’ I also love Dr. Jart+, so I’m very satisfied with this product I think I opened it like a week ago. It’s not been long I said I tested a lot of skincare products these days, right? Thankfully, all of them worked well on my skin. My skin condition got much better I forgot to apply this eye cream. I use it as an eye cream But I also use it all over the face. Since I used a cream a while ago, I’ll apply it just around the eyes I guess gently massaging the skin will improve wrinkles around eyes I’ll put the remaining amount on the whole face and finish the routine I really didn’t want to exercise today but I think I’ll be too busy tomorrow and the day after tomorrow I don’t think I can workout That’s why I exercised today Good morning. I just took my weight and it was 60.4kg I watched Hong Sound’s mukbang last night. He ate Yup Tteok with Chinese noodles and fried seaweed rolls and I really wanted to eat like that I was like ‘I can’t resist. I’ll order mala tang noodles tomorrow’But now I’m thinking that I’ll regret it if I eat. I won’t eat that I’ll stick to my diet plan today and tomorrow My lunch today is rice, salted pollack roe which I got yesterday and ham. I’ll start eating now It’s almost 4 in the morning. I started working right after I ate a while ago. I think I only took a rest for an hour I am soooo tried. I can’t exercise today. I’ll just take a shower and sleep I am 59.7kg again, so I’ll eat mala tang today I thought I won’t eat it if I’m not in the range of 50kg but I am now I’ll eat mala tang and nothing else today It’s almost 8 pm and I had mala tang at around 4 I didn’t eat that alone. I had it with my mom I have to start working now. I’ll eat Temole Almond Chips while I work This is super super delicious I’m going to work now and I have so many things to do I think I’ll sleep after midnight again. I won’t exercise today I’ll just work until I can sleep.
