Height: 165cm, Starting weight: 68.1kg Today’s first meal is tomato rice with seaweed and chilli Hello, this is Oh Gong Sam 🙂 How was your week? I had more plans this week, so I cheated a bit more again..I think holiday season calls for breaking the rules a little I think my diet diary is going to be published in January! It’ll be a start to the year for everyone Thank you guys so much for waiting, and also to the people that have been working with me! I’ll come back with a giveaway event! I also got a question, and if I were to start working, I think I’ll pack my own lunches according to this diet 🙂 I think it’ll be easy since there’d be no extreme smell and you don’t have to cook anything I’ll probably pack my lunches and cheat a little depending on the situation..like this week 🙂 I’ve been coming home quite late this week, so I haven’t been able to go on runs that frequently…but when I do, I make sure to dress as light as possible I wear that puffer-jacket I showed in my Winter fashion haul video, and I just wear workout clothes underneath. I tend to get hot quite fast from running so I just dress light If I wear lots of layers, I get more tired because of the extra weight of the clothes and I get hotter faster It’s 3:22pm and I’m going to eat 2 soft persimmons My Dad’s tips to easily peel persimmons: 1. Freeze it. 2. Take it out of freezer 1hr before eating. 3. When thawed, wash under running water. 4. Peel skin with ease Skin neatly peeled-! Again, whilst waiting for my video to incode, I’m going to have tomato rice with seaweed 51.8kg Today I’m going to eat apples and persimmon It’s probably because I’m not eating as clean recently, but I’ve been getting pimples on my face It’s so cool how my skin gets clear again when I stick to this diet…another reason why I can’t stop with eating whole and plant foods After watching me struggle to get the skin off a persimmon, my Dad sent a small video tutorial on how to peel the skin easily Other than the fact that you need to defrost it an hour before you eat, it’s a really easy way to peel the skin I tend to eat rice or starch veggies more during the Winter because it’s warm and eating fruits straight out of the fridge is really cold Letting fruit get to room temperature of eating fruits like bananas is so much better for the Winter in my opinion! 🙂 After taking care of some work, here to eat dumplings and noodles! My brother and I ordered different types of noodles, so we can share them I think the safest option to find good food in a different neighborhood is just going to a chain restaurant Can’t go wrong with dumplings Dumplings are so delicious “Yeah they are good” Mom likes it here too Eating here with my brother instead of my Mom today though Twirling up my noodles, so I can eat more *Wants to eat noodles but also want to reply* I like the other noodles better than this one Nervous because the sauce might splatter Dumpling Again today…it is not mukbang vlog, although you may be thinking otherwise hehe (Serious) “This is so good” The fried dumplings are actually the best here *sigh* You’re the one eating, yet I’m the one who has to lose the weight (sad while editing haha) Why do we only have one mouth? It’s a relief you only have one mouth…if you had two…you’d just eat more I always contemplate whether I should include clips of me eating normal food…but there were some people that wanted it..so here it is The fried dumplings are amazing All dumplings are amazing With one dumpling, 2 pickled radish “I’m full” (Did I hear him wrong) Did you say you’re full..? (Serious) Are actually full now? (Can’t believe situation) Did you say you’re full now? I’m still hungry I’m still always surprised on how little my brother eats…for 24 years straight Are you serious on how they thought I was older than you? I mean it can happen~ (Angry) What do you mean that can happen?! I’m 7 years younger than him..yet someone thought that I was the older sibling.. Swapping plates (acquired skill) I could be older…if you count how much more I eat Finished eating once I cleared my brother’s bowl too! Hello everyone, I came out to run, but I walked quite a lot during the day today, My feet are really sore, so I’m going to head home after running halfway You can get injured easily from running, and if I get injured, I can’t exercise for days. So I decided to play it safe and head back home I always wear my lightweight padded jacket, but I wore a different one today and it feels so much heavier I just forgot to wear my lightweight one today.. When I got home, I was really tired, so I did some light stretching and fell asleep..hehe Book publishing place in Paju I came here today to have a meeting about my book 🙂 We talked about many things, from the cover design to marketing plans We confirmed the publishing date to January 8th 🙂 The home body is finally outside hehe They said they had a vote within the company on which cover design should be used I learnt that so much hard work from so many people goes into creating a book I was so grateful to be put with such nice workers that kindly guided me through this whole process “You know how you comfortably talk while you eat” (Shy) “It’s like a talk show featuring potatoes hehe” I’m so excited because we’re organising various different events for all my subscribers! And also thinking deeply on how to make this diet seem easier for people “And how there’s other books about this whole plant diet too” I think it’s really important how this book also contains my diary entries about my personal experiences “I was going to try this diet too” “But packing lunch took up time and it’s difficult to carry around” I learnt the many difficulties of workers with this diet too..or any diet in fact “We have a lot of time where we have over time work, so we tend to eat delivery a lot” She said she even carried around a large container with watermelon to work hehehe Having fun talking about their various trials on this diet lol “I’m going to try again starting from next Monday” “I also ordered that corn to recommended, and it’s really good” “I felt like I wanted to eat more though hehe” Are meetings supposed to be this fun? I found that a lot of people were surprised on the quantity of food I’m able to eat without gaining weight “Are you consuming all of your carbs through eating fruits?” “No, she also eats starch vegetables and brown rice” It’s like a high carb low fat diet to make it easier “High fat and high carb is the best though..” Making more jokes and having more fun hehehe We came to a cafe to talk more Feel like I’ve become the friend that always takes a picture of the food lol There were so many pretty cafes near the publishing building Macaron time! It’s supposed to be chewy and dense with filling (Doesn’t seem to love it heh) If you try it yourself, you really see the differences if you record your progress, It doesn’t have to be a month, but even just a week Meetings while eating are always enjoyable Exploring the building more since I’ve come here anyways 🙂 It was like a drama set, where there are so many books and so many nice areas to read Areas with books that are published by this company And there’s also a photo zone! It’s like a kdrama set..feels like a famous actor will pop out Oh Gong Sam pops out instead This place was so so pretty Thinking of coming here early next time so I can read some books Apparently there’s a lot of people here during the weekends, so I’d recommend coming here on a week day! There weren’t any Kdramas actors and actresses but.. Hehe What’s this?? Oh that’s like a tour bus I think LOL thought it was like a celebrity’s van hehehe There are so many cute and pretty cafes near the publishing building Hello everyone After going to the publishing company and having a meeting, We need to decide on a book cover, so I’ve come to you guys to get your opinions! I thought it would be really important that the book cover is pretty, so you feel happy whilst reading and writing in this book/diary So we have finalised the designs to 2, and I really wanted you guys to choose too So that is why I am filming right now 🙂 And please tell me on which design you like the best! This is the first design, which has a bit of pink in it The titles are the same, it’s just the different designs I really like the cute fruit illustrations on this first one I really like both of them, so I’m having a really difficult time choosing And also…who is this..? I’m not sure who this is lol And this is a second design, it’s more green It’s also much more simple than the first This front part is the removable band thing So the book is just that green And I think there’s going to be little fruit illustrations behind the removable part It’s really hard right? I guess it’s really up to the different preferences The first one is really pretty, but the second one also has a charm to it I’m really curious on which one you guys would like! I’ll be really thankful if you guys shared your opinions with me 52.1kg Today I’m going to have grapes and apples Personally, if you crave a certain food, I recommend just having it and returning back to this diet again Of course keeping to the diet completely will help you lose weight faster, but I think adjusting to your body and not getting stressed is really important too I’ve learnt this throughout the years, but suppressing you cravings and getting stressed when they explode is more damaging My binge eating was from suppressing cravings and then not being able to control myself. Adjusting to controlling food can be done slowly, so don’t stress and take it slow 🙂 I don’t really hungry during my intermittent fasting hours since I’m used to it. Intermittent fasting gets easier, the more you do it! Don’t strain yourself too much with longer fasting hours, instead adjust slowly by starting small and increasing the hours My last meal is going to be 2 persimmons and a sweet potato and a potato (I also had another sweet potato earlier) Outside because I had some errands to run today The traditional Korean house designs are so pretty Here with my brother W..Wait for me.. We both haven’t had anything the entire day, so we’re here to eat Ramen We ordered gyoza dumplings and ramen Oh..wow “Why do I look good?” No. LOL No I set the camera mode differently, and your shoulders look so short The delicious ramen has arrived and I quickly ate it all hehe My brother already eating Came home to do a workout with Ppiyak’s Fit This week’s vlog is ending with a workout hehe I was quite busy recently, so I haven’t had the chance to film often I’m still getting ready for job recruitments, so I’m trying to do more new things! I’m still lacking, but I’m trying my hardest to stay positive and persistent. I wish for nothing but good things for you guys too!   16. 저는 첫번째여!!!! 첫번째만 봣을때는 뭔가 디자인이 흔한 디자인이다 라고 생각했는데 두번째꺼와 비교해보면 첫번째께 시선이 확 들어옵니당 책 표지는 눈에 확 들어오는게 모르는 사람들도 보며 사게되는거같아용!!

  17. 저는 1번이요-!! 왜냐하면 표지에서 아무래도 관심을 많이 갖게 되는거 같은데 겉에 그러져있는 과일이나 표지 색상이 조금 더 눈에 띄게 되는거 같아요! 그리고 공삼님의 사진이 조금더 눈에 띄어요-!! 핑크 강력추천 한표에 보탭니당😉💕
