Physical Therapy. Today I’m going to show you how to do the Bretzel Stretch which is
a stretch for your Anterior Chain. You’re going to lay on your side, grab your top leg
with your right hand, grab your bottom leg with your top hand and pull your heel towards
your glutes. You want to roll your top shoulder back. Taking deep breaths, relaxing into the
stretch, and hold.
