  11. Vishal bhai fat loss n muscke build goal hai preworkout c4 and postworkout whey protien le rha hu.. full day diet ka kuch nhi pta lg rha 2 roti kha rha hu 1 glass milk 1 bowl daal dinner me kha rha hu dats it help me

    weight 87 kg

    bicep 16 inch

    chest 43 inch

    thies 46 inch

    my current diet plan 

    morning after gym

    meal 1. 30 gm protein powder +1 Peanut laddu+5 almonds

    meal 2. 100gms mataki +4 white eggs

    meal 3. 3 chapati +bhaji+100 gms paneer

    meal 4 .30gms soyabean  powder

    meal 5. two white eggs

    meal 6. 5o gms oats  +1 peanut laddu+ 1 white eggs

    meal 7. 3 chapati +bhaji

    every meal after 2 hour 

    Please suggest diet plan for cutting without loosing mass /weight.
