    One after the workout
    Second after the lunch time
    Will that affect in anyhow ?

Great tips di,we can add this products in our diet plan.. n personally I m following uh since 11 mnths ..n I got many informations from ua insta page,thank uh di for ua support,n thanks for recommending us great recipes n I have tried your butter less butter chicken ..and it was soo good…n I'm waiting for dat nw mastard chicken recipe…and for this weekend I'm gonna try the protein yogurt too…n thank uh for ua great tips…n personally ,wat I feel was u r such a genuine person,wtch will not blame like other fitness trainers…u will recommend the things very genuinely n u will say dat ,if d product is not good,(it's not good) that's the main thing wtch I like uh so much..n I love uh couple,both of u are soo nice.. sometimes I feel dat ,both are kids ,n it's soooo cute to watch #touchwood … be like this ..do more recipes, and give more recommendation abt diet ,exersises, medicine etc…..
