Nutrition Consultations at Elite Sports Clubs


The nutrition consultation is complementary
to all members. We begin by discussing the individual’s
motivations for seeking nutritional advice. Past medical and lifestyle history as well
as stress levels, sleep patterns, energy balance and exercise routines are discussed. Current eating habits are reviewed and individualized
wellness goals are set. Should you choose to continue working with
a dietitian or nutrition coach, you will learn where changes to your nutrition habits can
be made to improve overall wellness and achieve your goals. Personalized education is provided and tailored
to the individual’s goals. Information and support may be presented in
the form of counseling, accountability, grocery lists, meal plans, food intake tracking, general
education, recipes, nutrition label reading and more!
